This Stinson Beach home enjoys the views of Bolinas Lagoon while steps from the ocean with beach access. This home was designed by the well known San Francisco firm, Pfau Architecture and has been photographed for Sunset Magazine, Western Interior and Design and The San Francisco Chronicle Fall Home Design, among others. Built with an open plan design around a central courtyard with a fire pit, the home provides an “indooroutdoor” living experience. The exterior has applied vertical grain redwood siding with custom in-house (Woodworking West cabinet shop) constructed sliding barn doors insulated and weather stripped that open to the courtyard, and a Canadian standing seam zinc roof. The interior has heated patina concrete floors and concrete countertops in the kitchen and master bath with clerestory windows throughout allowing natural sun light to flood the interior. Privacy is complete with a custom revolving entry gate.
